Privacy Policy

INFREE Argentina is committed to protecting the privacy of site users, and therefore does not collect personal information from users without prior notice.

The personal information that INFREE Argentina has registered from users is voluntarily provided by them.

INFREE Argentina may use information such as IP addresses (among other data provided by the type of browser used at the user's discretion) to grant access to the site and manage it.

INFREE Argentina works actively to ensure, within technical possibilities, that personal, identifiable, and sensitive information voluntarily provided by users remains private.

INFREE Argentina, in compliance with applicable regulations, will not sell, lease, trade, or disclose any personally identifiable information provided voluntarily by visitors to INFREE Argentina and/or its respective contractors providing services (in this case, the possible disclosure of information is necessary and unavoidable for the correct provision of services), unless requested by judicial authorities or under current regulations, or if a report must be filed for violation of national laws, or if the user is violating the site’s Terms and Conditions.

INFREE Argentina reserves the right to use cookies (information transferred to a user’s hard drive to track usage, improve user experience, and store preferences). Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information and cannot review the system or collect hard drive data.

For the purpose of ensuring the rights of users and potential consumers, INFREE Argentina may request information from the user. For example, to inform the cost of shipping a product, the site may ask for the user’s postal code. Users are not required to provide this information, but without it, INFREE Argentina will not be able to provide the requested information. When users voluntarily provide any requested personal information, it will only be used for the stated purpose.

If the user decides to register on the site to create an account, or subscribe to the “Club Infree” or any other subscription service on the site, they agree to the site’s Terms and Conditions, acknowledge the Privacy Policy, and:

• Voluntarily agree to provide the requested information.
• Provide truthful, accurate, current, real, and valid data.
• Acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the veracity, accuracy, currency, and validity of the provided data.
• Acknowledge and accept that INFREE Argentina receives and stores this data.
• Acknowledge and accept that INFREE Argentina may use this data to develop its commercial activity, generate statistics, communicate with users, send advertising and marketing materials, and other activities related to its business operations.
• Acknowledge and accept that INFREE Argentina is authorized to share personal data with other companies involved in the sales process, including, but not limited to, logistics companies, contracted technical services, and insurance companies.
• Acknowledge their right to access, correct, or delete their provided data by contacting Customer Support.

The owner of personal data has the right to access it free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, in accordance with Article 14, Section 3 of Law No. 25,326.

The National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data, the regulatory body of Law No. 25,326, is responsible for addressing complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the applicable laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes arising from this agreement, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope, or enforcement, shall be submitted to the Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (or the National Ordinary Courts if applicable).
