Any person (hereinafter "User") accessing the site to visit, browse, inquire, make purchases, or access Customer Service or pre-sale, during-sale, and post-sale services, must comply with these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, which are mandatory and binding, they must refrain from using the site. Any user accessing the site to perform any action (before, during, and after the purchase) agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Users will be considered those who are legally capable of contracting according to current civil and commercial regulations. Consumers are those who meet the requirements of applicable consumer regulations. The use of the site and/or its services implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The User is obligated to provide accurate, precise, current, and truthful data throughout the purchase process, when accessing Customer Service (before, during, and after the purchase), or any service offered by the site, whenever requested by the site or an operator of the site's service. INFREE Argentina is not responsible for the accuracy, precision, validity, or truthfulness of the data provided by users. Users shall refrain from using programs, software, or manual or automated devices to monitor or copy information or any type of content from the site without prior consent from INFREE Argentina.

Responsibility
INFREE Argentina makes the site available, where users can access and purchase the products and services offered. Users access the site, use the services provided, and purchase the products offered voluntarily, accepting the Terms and Conditions published. INFREE Argentina is not responsible for any damage, harm, or loss to the user caused by system failures, server issues, or internet problems. INFREE Argentina will also not be responsible for causes such as, but not limited to, malware, spyware, viruses, worms, trojans, etc., which could infect the user's device due to accessing, using, or visiting the site, or as a result of any data, files, images, texts, or audio transfers contained on the site. Users will not be able to hold INFREE Argentina accountable or demand compensation for lost profits due to difficulties or failures in the systems or the internet. INFREE Argentina does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to and use of the site. The system may occasionally be unavailable due to technical difficulties or internet issues, or for reasons beyond INFREE Argentina's control. In such cases, INFREE Argentina will work promptly to restore the service, without any liability. The site may contain links to third-party sites. Since INFREE Argentina does not control third-party sites, it will not be responsible for the content, materials, actions, and/or services provided by third parties, nor for any damages or losses caused by their use, directly or indirectly. The presence of links to other websites does not imply a partnership, relationship, approval, or endorsement by INFREE Argentina with those sites and their content.
Content Ownership of the Site
The content of the site (including, but not limited to, trademarks, sounds, logos, graphics, tables, text, videos, photographs, information) unless otherwise indicated in these Terms and Conditions or content from third-party sites, is owned by INFREE Argentina. Users acknowledge the ownership of the site's content, and it may not be used by them. The use of the site's content is prohibited unless specifically provided on the site. Unauthorized use of the site's content will result in legal action for damages. The operation of the site and the services it includes is of indefinite duration. However, INFREE Argentina reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, cancel, expand, restrict, or terminate the site's operation or any of its services unilaterally and without prior notice. The user of the site acknowledges and agrees that any communication, data, or material transmitted to the site or operators of services provided by the site, in any form and for any reason, will not be considered confidential or patented, unless explicitly stated otherwise within the limits of current regulations. Any ideas, concepts, techniques, procedures, methods, systems, designs, plans, tables, or other material transmitted to this site or operators of services provided by the site implies authorization for INFREE Argentina to use it anywhere, anytime, and for any purpose. Users shall refrain from sending or transmitting to the site or operators of services provided by the site, pornographic, obscene, profane, defamatory, injurious, threatening, illegal, or irrelevant material, or anything that may encourage or constitute criminal conduct or generate civil or criminal liability. INFREE Argentina is not responsible for communications from users that contain such content. The user acknowledges that INFREE Argentina may monitor, record, store, review, edit, and delete transmissions or communications of any kind and on any medium between the user and the site operators.
Purchase
The site offers products for sale under the INFREE brand. Product prices are listed in Argentine pesos and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. The user may purchase one or more products through the site, making payment via Mercado Pago or other payment methods communicated on the site. A purchase order will only be considered valid once processed by INFREE Argentina's system. If Mercado Pago reports that payment is not possible due to their collection processes, the purchase order will not be processed, and the user may retry. After processing and validating the purchase, the user will receive communications via email from Customer Service, including order number/details and corresponding invoice. The invoice is issued by Nicolas Pescatore CUIT N° 23-34551797-9, with the address at Rafaela 5029, C1407 CABA. The user will also receive tracking information for their order from the corresponding logistics service.
Promotions
Any offers and promotions will be valid for purchases made during the specified promotion period.
Product Availability
All visible listings on the site have at least one product in stock. However, in some cases, there may be simultaneous purchases, meaning multiple users are trying to purchase the same product at the same time. As a result, the product in question may sell out immediately after purchase without the website updating in time. In such cases, if payment has been made, the money will be refunded to the same payment method within 48 to 72 business hours.
Shipping
Shipping is carried out by DHL or FedEx, depending on the buyer's selection, to locations where these logistics providers operate. The times and costs are provided by the selected carrier, so INFREE Argentina is not responsible for these details. The user acknowledges that they have been sufficiently informed that DHL or FedEx are independent entities from INFREE Argentina. INFREE Argentina does not provide transport or shipping services directly but through these logistics providers. Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the user at the time of purchase. Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes. Delivery time depends on product availability, transport time (which may vary depending on distance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors), and payment approval. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier. Deliveries are only made within Argentina; international shipments are not offered. The shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be provided to the user before they finalize their purchase.
Returns
Return policies apply to purchases made through the site. Users have the right to return the purchased products under the following conditions:
a- Return: The user has the right to unilaterally revoke the commercial transaction within ten (10) calendar days from the delivery date of the product or the contract date, whichever occurs later, without any responsibility. This right cannot be waived or renounced. The user must inform INFREE Argentina of the return by contacting Customer Service and make the product available. Return shipping costs are the user's responsibility. To exercise the right of revocation, the user must make the product available in the same condition it was received, including packaging and the invoice, and INFREE Argentina will refund the full amount paid.
b- Warranty: INFREE Argentina ensures products are delivered in optimal condition. However, if any damage or defect that affects the product's quality or safety occurs, the user may request a warranty replacement. Only defective items will be replaced. The user must claim within 2 days of receiving the product.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute arising from this agreement, including its existence, validity, interpretation, scope, or enforcement, will be submitted to the courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires or the National Ordinary Court, if applicable.
